Filter ON offers cartridge-type fume extractors and dust collectors as reliable solutions to tackle air pollution in industrial environments. These systems are custom-engineered based on specific applications and site needs, with air flow capacities ranging from 1,000 CMH to 60,000 CMH. The technology is designed to ensure effective removal of harmful airborne particles while supporting energy efficiency and long filter life.
Dust-laden air passes through high-performance German cartridge filters, which trap particles on the outer surface. At timed intervals, a compressed air jet is released to dislodge the accumulated dust, which is then collected in a dustbin. This self-cleaning mechanism maintains performance while extending cartridge life to 18–24 months. Pressure gauges are included to monitor filter condition in real time.
These systems are ideal for grinding, welding, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and sawdust extraction in woodworking. As a highly efficient dust and fume extractor, this solution offers 99%+ filtration efficiency, ensuring clean and safe air discharge. The working principle is aligned with electrostatic precipitator working concepts, offering powerful filtration without compromising performance.
Whether used as a dust and fume collector or tailored as a fume and dust extractor, Filter ON systems provide dependable, long-term air quality control for demanding industrial processes.
